Cleanroom Cleaning, Certified Through iNX ProCert

Technicians assigned to cleanroom accounts are Certified Cleanroom Cleaning Technicians (CCCT) under our iNX ProCert program. No universally accepted certification existed for cleanroom cleaning technicians, so iNX developed its own proprietary program instead. It's modeled on recommended practices from IEST, the Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology. The program covers the ISO Class 6 through 9 range, built around nine micro-certifications, each with its own exam.

Certification doesn't stop there. Technicians complete refresher training and renew annually to stay current. Only technicians certified through iNX ProCert are assigned to work in your cleanroom.

Cleanroom cleanliness is measured in particle count, not appearance. The wrong technique doesn't just fail to reduce particle counts, it raises them. iNX technicians know the difference and act accordingly inside a cleanroom.

In cleanroom production areas, they follow procedures built on ISO 14644 and IEST recommended practices, including:

  • Donning and doffing, hand hygiene, and cleanroom entry protocols
  • Using cleanroom-rated equipment and chemicals, such as HEPA/ULPA-filtered vacuums and IPA or quat-based disinfectants, selected per your facility's SOPs and contamination control strategy
  • Top-down, clean-to-dirty cleaning order through the room
