We also follow OSHA-compliant safety practices at every site. For cleanroom environments, iNX requires every team member to become a CCCT (Certified Cleanroom Cleaning Technician) through our proprietary ProCert program. Every task follows documented, repeatable steps to help keep your facility in compliance.

We prevent cross-contamination through unidirectional wiping to ensure that all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned. To prevent the reintroduction of contaminants, we implement double and triple bucket mopping along with top-down, clean-to-dirty procedures. In your most tightly controlled spaces, we also use dedicated, color-coded tools that never cross into another zone. Across every area, technicians follow the PPE and approved chemicals your facility requires, so nothing outside your standards enters a controlled space.

A medical device cleanroom is a controlled environment built to limit airborne particles, microbial contamination, temperature, and humidity during device manufacturing. It applies to both implantable and external-use devices. These spaces are classified under ISO 14644-1. Our technicians are certified through iNX's ProCert program, with training centered on the ISO Class 6 through 9 range.
